Kawartha Lakes Flying Club member Glen Alton and his wife Catherine have been enjoying their “winter” in Florida.

Glen and Catherine belong to the EAA chapter in Punta Gorda (KPGD) and on February 3rd they volunteered to help out with the rides being offered by the visiting EAA Ford Tri-Motor. It flew 53 sorties carrying 566 passengers over the four days. Glen and Catherine were treated to a free flight for their volunteering, and they said it was a lot of fun!
